By using a SafeUKation Service Plan, landlord's can feel safe in the knowledge that everything is taken care of and their holiday let is compliant with the latest UK regulations, and will be approved on the new National Short-term Let Registration Scheme.

One-Stop Shop

SafeUKation will arrange all the necessary engineer visits specific to your property requirements and upload the associated safety documents to create a complete online archive accessible by authorities and guests. We will also ensure all periodic safety regulations are renewed before they expire so you are always compliant.
